Peyton Hupf is a licensed real estate assistant with a deep understanding of the real estate industry. After earning her license in July 2018, she joined Anne Dresser Kocur's support staff as a transaction coordinator, where she worked closely with buyers from contract to closing. This hands-on experience has given Peyton a comprehensive knowledge of the business, both front and back-end.

As a licensed assistant, Peyton is known for her strong communication skills and her ability to manage the complexities of multiple transactions simultaneously. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that contract deadlines are met, client concerns are addressed promptly, and the home purchase or sale process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Since joining Anne’s support staff, Peyton has continued to grow and refine her real estate expertise, handling each transaction with care and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Over the last two years, she transitioned into listing management, where she now assists all sellers with getting their homes on the market. From handling listing paperwork to coordinating photography, marketing efforts, and streamlining the showing process, Peyton ensures that every detail is managed with precision and care.
