About Peyton Hupf

Peyton is a sixth-generation Colorado-native and recently graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Metropolitan State University. She began her real estate career at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016 as a customer service representative in the call center. Peyton set showings, managed client relationships, and served as a liaison between agents and homeowners. Shortly after earning her real estate license in July of 2018, Peyton joined Anne Dresser Kocur’s support staff as a transaction coordinator, working closely with buyers from the point of contract to close. Given her deep knowledge of the back end of the real estate industry and now as a licensed assistant, Peyton has a comprehensive understanding of the business.

Peyton prides herself on her strong communication skills and the ability to manage the specifics of multiple transactions. Her attention to detail ensures that all contract deadlines are met, client concerns are addressed promptly and the home purchase/sale process is as streamlined as possible. Additionally, having a degree in marketing has allowed Peyton to engage her artistic side and collaborate on fun and creative ways to promote Anne and her distinguished business within the Denver market. Peyton has gained invaluable experience since joining Anne’s support staff and has further honed her real estate skills. She handles each transaction with care and welcomes the opportunity to assist you with all of your real estate needs.

In her free time, Peyton enjoys spending time with friends and family, tackling house projects with her husband, playing with their 100lb rescue-dog Bruno, and she can never say no to sitting down to read a good book!
