About Kellie Ottenberg

Kellie has been a dedicated member of the Denver Metro community for many years. She began her real estate career in 2001 as a Personal Assistant, seeking a fulfilling way to balance professional growth and family life following the birth of her second child. With a degree in Business Administration and a background in Human Resources within the Commercial Drywall industry, real estate proved to be the ideal field to leverage her skills while maintaining a flexible work-life balance.

Kellie has developed extensive expertise in Real Estate Transaction Management through her diverse experience working across Colorado, including Grand Junction, Evergreen/Conifer, Lakewood, and Parker/Castle Rock areas. In her role as a Transaction Coordinator, Kellie has taken a leadership approach, overseeing the full lifecycle of real estate transactions. She leads the coordination of all moving parts, from initial contract to closing, ensuring that every detail is executed with precision and professionalism. Her comprehensive knowledge of Colorado’s real estate market and her ability to manage complex, high-stakes transactions have earned her a reputation as a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

Since joining the Anne Dresser Kocur team in 2017, Kellie has further refined her leadership in transaction management, streamlining processes, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and smoothly. She proactively communicates with all parties involved—clients, agents, title companies, lenders, and inspectors—to ensure deadlines are met and potential issues are addressed before they become obstacles. Kellie’s focus is on providing an exceptional experience for clients by making the transaction process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Her ability to stay ahead of every detail, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions has made her an indispensable part of the team.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Kellie excels in Office Management ensuring that administrative processes are organized and efficient. She fosters strong, trusting relationships with team members, always prioritizing their needs and striving to exceed their expectations. Kellie’s leadership extends beyond transaction coordination; she consistently works to improve systems and workflows, creating an environment where the team can thrive, and clients feel fully supported throughout the buying or selling process.

Outside of work, Kellie values quality time with her family and friends, often enjoying the beautiful Colorado Mountains. She frequently visits her son, Robert, in Grand Junction, and her daughter, Grace, in Salt Lake City, Utah. When she's not spending time with her children, Kellie enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and cycling. She currently resides in Englewood with her husband.
